During the expansion and business improvement, TEKON d.o.o. has become aware through its own requirements and through clients’ requests, of the need for a quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, with the final aim of continuously increasing the overall business competitiveness.
For this purpose, the quality management system was implemented in all business activities, starting with the planning, organization, execution and quality control with a continuous tendency of improvement.
Functionality has been achieved on the basis of previously set objectives and responsibilities, to result in a project meeting all requirements and the company achieving maximum business efficiency.
